I love fresh Tuna, and a while back while Kristina was at some blogging event and I was charged with coking dinner for myself and my daughter, I threw together this Tuna dish with the help of Old Bay Seasoning. And this week, because Tuna was on sale, I decided to make it again. Kristina, who has recently become an loyal reader of Smitten Kitchen, found this very delicious recipe for the mushrooms.
It was quite delicious!
Here is the Tuna recipe.
What you need:
- Fresh Tuna Steaks (4)
- Local Honey (2 cups)
- Lime (1 squeezed)
- Old Bay Seasoning (2 teaspoons)
What you do:
Combine all ingredients together and mix. Pour over Tuna and marinate for at least 4 hours. Sear tuna in hot skillet for 2 minutes on each side. Serve.
Really, it is that simple! Hope you enjoy.
