Day 5: Swordfish with Sour Cream Tarragon Sauce

So I had some swordfish, some sour cream, some lime, lemon, and tarragon and threw this together last night. It was an interesting combination. I loved the sour-cream tarragon sauce together with the swordfish, but I am not sure if I like swordfish

Ingredients

  • 4 Swordfish filets
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 cup of tarragon
  • 1 Tbs. of Old Bay seasoning

  • Season the Swordfish with the lemon, lime, a pinch or two of the tarragon, and Old Bay.
  • Sear in hot pan sprayed with olive oil (2 mins. on each side)
  • While it is cooking, combine sour cream and tarragon. Stir and squeeze remaining lemon and lime juices.

Serve with brown rice and steamed veggies.

Enjoy!

I am with Kristina on this one. I liked everything, but the swordfish. I have tried swordfish several times and just don't like it. The sour cream tarragon sauce was real good though and would be nice on a poached salmon.
